Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time hybrid role located in New Delhi/Ghaziabad for a Sales & Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing and maintaining customer relationships, generating new leads, leading the sales team, and meeting sales targets. The role also requires the Sales Marketing executive to collaborate closely with other departments such as engineering and finance.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with architects & consultants.
Marketing and sales experience in the IoT product & Industry 4.0 solutions, Plant automation, Robotics Automation – Sensor & control Automation
Ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies
Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools
Knowledge of Industrial Automation
Working with Proposal & architects, RFQ/RFI Leaders
Graduate with Technical skills is preferred
Fluent in Hindi and English. Other languages are a plus
Availability to travel domestically and internationally
IoT Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop the Smart Products & IoT Technology within the Segment.
- Responsibility for the successful execution of Segment-focused projects aimed at developing Smart products and IoT solutions; such
- Projects/products include fully developed commercial products, minimum viable products, rapid prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
- Ensure these projects follow the appropriate standard process (such as 3D and Rapid3D).
- Continuously innovate on existing IoT solutions with the latest applicable techniques to boost product capabilities and business value.
- Collaborate with technical resources to develop IOT cloud, web, and mobile solutions and support IOT Product solutions:
- Design & Develop technical design documents for software development.
- Develop detailed technical architecture block diagram for cloud solutions.
- Code & implement the application layer as Infrastructure as Code and Software as a Service solution.
- Implement production platform building back-end automation tools
- Review product applications and create test platforms to review coding quality
- Coordinate with the Product Engineer from the Filtration Business Unit to develop a project plan to integrate IOT.
- Support product risk assessment, develop a guide for IOT design requirements, support developing a test plan for integration
- Provide solutions to issues related to the connection of networks and platforms.
